Faculty Led Program Proposal

 

Faculty- please complete this application if you are interested in leading a group of students on a study abroad program. All program proposals must be submitted here for final approval by the Center for International Education, the International Education Committee, President, Provost, and Board. Faculty developing a study abroad program should work closely with the Center for International Education on program development, prior to submitting a proposal.

Faculty Leader 1 Application

This application should be completed by the faculty member that is coordinating the study abroad program and proposal. Faculty will need to submit a number of components, including but not limited to budget and funding plans, emergency response plans, general information, learning outcomes and institutional goals, marketing information, and a well-developed travel itinerary. Additional information and materials to read are also included.

 
 
 

Faculty Leader 2 Application

This application should be completed by the faculty member that will serve as a lead on the program, but is not the main coordinator of the program. Faculty will need to review information about leading a study abroad program and complete a few forms.


 


Summer Language Program Application

This application should be completed by faculty members that will serve as a lead on an existing summer language program. Faculty will need to review information about leading a study abroad program and complete a few forms. 





Please note once the program has been approved, faculty will need to complete a personal application for program participation. That is a separate application process.
